1. Products and Sales

• All artworks, limited edition prints, engravings, photographs, and printed books are final sales, except in cases of damage during shipping or product defect.
• Customized products or special commissions are final sales, except in the event of a production error or damage during shipping.
• For any claim or request, proof of purchase (printed or electronic) is required.

2. Artwork Shipping

• International shipping without stretcher: Artworks are shipped in a protective tube to ensure their safety. Shipping costs are calculated separately based on destination and insurance options.
• Shipping with stretcher: Available only upon request and personalized quotation.
• Artworks are shipped via specialized courier services (FedEx, DHL, or others).
• Benneth Studio carefully packs all artworks, but **is not responsible for damages, loss, or delays caused by third-party transport**.
• Buyers are advised to purchase shipping insurance to cover any damages during transport.
• Couriers usually provide proof of delivery and, in some cases, photos of the package at the time of delivery.
• The buyer must inspect the package upon receipt and report any damages to the courier and Benneth Studio within 7 days.

3. Printed Books

• Direct purchases at the studio: Final sales. Returns are not accepted for reconsideration or after reading the book.
• Books purchased via Amazon: Amazon’s return and refund policies apply. The studio does not directly manage these returns.

4. Payment and Billing

• All payments must be made through the methods enabled on the website.
• Proof of purchase, whether printed or electronic, is mandatory for any order-related procedure.
• Prices include applicable taxes under current Peruvian law, unless otherwise indicated.

5. Customized Products and Limited Editions

• Customized works and limited editions cannot be returned, except in the case of production error or damage during insured shipping.
• Each product clearly states whether it is a limited edition or unique piece, along with its corresponding edition number.

6. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

• When acquiring an artwork from Benneth Studio, whether unique or a limited edition, the buyer only acquires the physical artwork or product itself, but does not acquire the copyright or rights to reproduce or commercially exploit it.
• Any use of the artwork for commercial, advertising, or reproduction purposes requires the express written authorization of the artist.
• This policy ensures the protection of the artist’s creativity and style, without affecting the buyer’s personal enjoyment of the acquired artwork.

7. Buyer Responsibility

• By making a purchase, the buyer accepts the shipping conditions, proper care of the product, and verification of the package upon receipt.
• Benneth Studio is not responsible for damages caused by improper handling after delivery or by uninsured transport.

8. Virtual Complaints Book

• Benneth Studio provides consumers with a Virtual Complaints Book, in compliance with Law No. 29571, Consumer Protection and Defense Code.
• Submitting a complaint through this form does not prevent the consumer from pursuing other dispute resolution channels nor is it a prerequisite for filing a complaint with INDECOPI.
• Benneth Studio is responsible for the attention and resolution of submitted complaints.
• The information provided will be retained only for the time necessary to manage the complaint, in accordance with current data protection regulations.
• Consumers are advised to save or capture the confirmation screen as proof of their registration in the Virtual Complaints Book.
